Alice has been an art enthusiast and student all her life.  After her graduate work at the University of Washington and many years of employment with the Washington State government, she decided to capture the beauty of nature in her art that brings peace and contentment to the viewers.  Alice enjoys networking with other local artists and has been a member of the Olympia Art League, Northwest Watercolor Society, Puget Sound Sumi Artists, and Pacific Gallery Artists.

Alice always takes inspiration from fellow artists and mentors while participating in exhibits and workshops. She has received several awards in recent years and would like to expand her creativity in her new work.  Alice also enjoys giving painting lessons and doing commission work for people who would like to have a special artwork created for them.  See more information at: www.alicelioufineart.com.
